VBeyond Healthcare is Hiring a Director of Case Management Near Charleston, SC

Summary:

Our award-winning client is seeking a Director Case Management, RN to join their team. In this critical role, you will lead and oversee all aspects of our hospital's Case Management department. You will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing patient care coordination, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction for the Case Management department, including performance improvement, resource allocation, and staff development.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in case management, care coordination, and discharge planning.
  • Oversee daily operations, staffing, and technology utilization to achieve quality and efficiency goals.
  • Analyze data to identify performance improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across the hospital and external agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and hospital policies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's in Nursing, Health Administration, or Business Administration preferred.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure is required.
  • 5 years of clinical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in acute care hospital case management.
  • 2 years of experience in case management leadership.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and a passion for patient-centered care.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year

  • Clinical: 5 years (Required)
