Summary
- Department: Progressive Care Unit
- Shift Timings: 19:00 - 07:30 Hours. Monday to friday (3 days/12 Hours)
- Per Week: 36 Hours
- Post cardiac surgery stepdown unit/card tele unit, experiences with post cardiac surgery preferred pod 1 and beyond.
- Experience with cardiac drips, Cardizem, IV Lopressor, Dopamine, Milrinone, Amiodarone drips. epicardial leads, pacers chest tube management, diabetes education
Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
