Job Title : Investigator
Job Location: Indianapolis, IN
Job Description:
- Conduct interviews of complainants, respondents, witnesses via phone, office interview, or onsite interview, using generally accepted investigative interviewing principles.
- Carry a caseload where at no time the number of "aged" cases (180 days) exceeds 9% of an investigator's case load.
- Employment investigators must submit a minimum of five (5) cases per month.
- Performs legal administrative support duties as required.
- Work involves gathering and analyzing data relating to charges alleging violation of the Indiana Civil Rights Law.
- Paralegal certification or current enrollment in a paralegal or legal studies program.
- Bachelor's Degree Required
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Work Location: In person
