Job Title : Facilities Maintenance Technician
Job Location: Cincinnati, OH
Job Description:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in real estate or office management is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Building maintenance Experience required.
- Responsible for the general maintenance work associated with the various Client non-residential facilities (Campus only Assist the department manager with the proper prioritization, scheduling, coordination, and execution of work associated with Client facilities while working to support the control of costs and adding value where necessary-Coordinate maintenance activities.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

- 8 hour shift
