Lids Sports Group is the largest licensed sports retailer in North America, selling fan and fashion-oriented headwear and apparel across the US, Canada, Mexico, Europe, and Australia. An HR Investigator plays a vital role within the Lids Human Resources Department and is responsible for efficiently and impartially investigating complaints of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, violation of company policies, and other work-related issues. We seek a skilled HR Investigator with a strong background in employment law to join our team and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
This position works fully in-person at the Lids corporate office in NW Indianapolis.
