Vara Winery & Distillery’s inspiration is rooted in the historic wine trail from Spain, New Mexico, and California. We are looking for an experienced cook to execute our tapas menu to accompany wine and spirits tastings.
Responsibilities will include;
-Prepping your own stations for service
-Maintaining high standard of food quality
-Maintaining high standard of cleanliness
-Making menu items in a efficient and timely matter
-Work positively with front house staff and management
-Closing and cleaning kitchen
Requirements:
-1 years of kitchen experience
-Food handlers certificate
-Must be able to lift 50 lbs and be on feet for 8 hour shifts
