Vantage Construction Services is Hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk Near Weatherford, TX
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate accounting, financial concepts, and accounts payable processes.
Duties:
- Process accounts payable invoices accurately and timely
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
- Maintain vendor files and respond to vendor inquiries
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Collaborate with internal teams for proper expense allocation
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. If you have a passion for numbers and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
