Program Manager
Our client is seeking a Program Manager to assist their organization. This role offers creative, business-savvy, customer-minded individuals the opportunity to develop Transportation Electrification products and services for the client that will delight their customers while helping the organization achieve their strategic objectives and priorities. Products could include demand response programs, web tools, payment options, pricing plans, technology offerings such as electric vehicle infrastructure, and more.
This role is a hybrid model in Portland, Oregon.
Program Manager Responsibilities

• Develop strategies and project plans to ensure all client Municipal Charging Collaboration has an exceptional customer experience.
• Project manage the development of assigned products and services, coordinating stakeholders in the development and management of the product or service offering.
• Assemble project teams to assist in the development and delivery of the product or service, including operations, marketing, training, data collection, design, construction, and customer experience.
• Adhere to the client’s project and product development methodologies for governance, measurement, and evaluation.
• Lead RFP process on assigned projects as needed.
• Manage relationships and performance contracts with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and effectively manage program development budgets; review and report on program revenue and expenses monthly.
• Prepare presentations and related communications for executives and external audiences.

Program Manager Qualifications

• 5-7 years of professional experience with a four-year degree in business, economics, marketing, communications, or a similar field.
• Demonstrated product development and marketing experience that showcases an understanding of how to engage customers and evaluate programs.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Self-starter, capable of operating at a high level of autonomy.
• Strong analytic and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication skills to write concise reports, deliver high-quality presentations, negotiate contracts, facilitate meetings, deliver presentations, and prepare project documentation.

Preferred:

• A working knowledge of finance and accounting principles related to utility program implementations is preferred.

Compensation: $64.83-$74.83/hr. (DOE)Benefits
