We have an excellent career opportunity at our store location in Des Moines, Iowa! We are currently accepting applications for a full-time leadership role in our Diesel Service & Repair Shop.

The Service Shop Manager will help direct, coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Service & Repair Shop. This management-level position is responsible for leading a team of Service Technicians and Fabricators on a daily basis. This position also works closely with our General Manager on business growth, productivity, and profitability strategies focused on customer retention and increased market share in the Des Moines metro region.

Prior heavy duty truck maintenance/repair experience is preferred. A minimum of two to three years prior experience in a leadership role (Shop Foreman or Lead Tech) is also preferred. Qualified applicants should have some prior experience or the ability to demonstrate a good understanding of business operations in a service/repair environment.

Hours: Day shift hours, Monday through Friday. Hours are generally 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM. No evenings, weekends, holidays, or on-call hours required!

Compensation: This position pays a base wage semiannual bonus. Total compensation (base bonus) will range from $90,000 to $105,000/year. Compensation will be dependent upon experience level and qualifications.
