Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Business Analyst. This role will involve a diverse range of tasks including customer organization, relationship management, data analytics, PowerPoint presentation development, and marketing support, among others. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

● Organize and maintain customer databases and records

● Assist in relationship management activities, including client communications and follow-ups

● Conduct data analytics to extract insights and support decision-making processes

● Create visually appealing and informative PowerPoint presentations

● Provide support in marketing initiatives and campaigns

● Develop and design engaging email content

● Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency

● Perform various administrative tasks as needed

● Be able to adapt to a dynamic work environment

Requirements:

● Self-motivated individual with a strong sense of initiative

● Highly analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data effectively

● Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

● Highly proficient and experienced in Microsoft Excel

● Strong Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills

● Familiarity with other organizational tools (such as Monday.com) and graphic design software such as Canva

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

● Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred

● Knowledge of the electricity industry is a plus but not required.

● Some travel will be required
