Tait Communications is Hiring a Revenue Operations Business Analyst Near Houston, TX

Purpose of Role
The Revenue Operations Analyst role will contribute to improving the tools and technologies that support the end-to-end Sales Process at Tait. We are currently experiencing significant global growth and view this role as a key enabler to ensure sustainability and continuation. The role will be pivotal in our ability to share best practices and manage the globalization and localisation of systems across the regional sales organisation. You will support the Revenue Operations manager and work closely with Global Sales Leaders, Marketing, Service, and Finance to improve data integrity and sales efficiency in assuring sales performance and reporting.
Key Responsibilities and Outcomes
  • Report and analyze order pipeline, forecasting, bookings, revenue reporting, sales productivity, and goal attainment.
  • Consult with and report to sales managers on key performance and help drive decisions by demonstrating solid business acumen.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for Revenue Operations tools and technology.
  • Monitor and train sales managers and reps to ensure accuracy and utilization of the corporate sales tools.
  • Implement and document processes for an evolving stack of software and systems, supporting our sales teams.
  • Provide reports and dashboards to monitor pipelines and identify commercial opportunities.
  • Opportunity forecast and Order Bookings reconciliations to ensure future forecast accuracy.
  • Develop top Channel partner analysis for bookings and help identify selling opportunities.
  • Investigate root causes and work with cross-functional areas to provide analysis and recommendations for improvement on the Lead to Cash process.
  • Support and Coordinate with Regional sales team on the adoption/mastery of CRM and data integrity in the system.
  • Assist in managing CRM application, including support requests and escalated administrative needs of users by providing prompt and complete resolution of technical challenges and business support issues.
Specification (Technical/Professional)
  • Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or Statistics.
  • Detail oriented and ability to maintain a high level of data accuracy.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and training abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and learn new technologies.
Preferred:
  • Preferred Certified Salesforce Admin.
  • Preferred Specialization in AI tools and automation for Sales teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel and other BI tools (such as Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience
Required:
  • 3 or more years Sales, Sales operation, project management, finance or data analysis experience.
  • 3 or more years' experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
