Responsibilities

• Understand the Product Roadmap and software requirements.
• Meeting the stakeholders to understand the business requirements and expectations on the project outcome.
• Lead and evaluate design strategies and technical tradeoffs.
• Identify the key components of the product and categorize them into subsystems.
• Review implementation approach submitted by the team and provide feedback.
• Develop the software using test driven development methodology.
• Be involved in the full iterative development life cycle of analysis, design, development, and deployment.
• Deliver operational excellence by identifying, resolving, and fixing root issues.
• Hands on development, including code reviews and design.
• Responsible for creation of Risk Mitigation Plan, Implementation, and Progress Monitoring.
• Ensure adherence to architecture and coding standards, risk management, and security policies.
• Responsible for performance tuning and identifying potential risks in terms of performance and scalability.
• Work with external or internal teams. Perform system acceptance tests.
• Responsible for production deployment and post warranty support.
• Work on various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

Requirements

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Applied Computer Science or a related field plus five (5) years of experience in software development or a related occupation.

• Must have five (5) years of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently):
