Value Added Distributors LLC is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative

TITLE: INSIDE SALES REP
STATUS: NON-EXEMPT

Value Added HVAC Distributors (VAD) is a growing wholesale distributor, focused on sourcing, specifying, and distributing HVAC/R products and solutions across North America. Headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, currently has 20 branches throughout the Eastern United States.

VAD is currently seeking an Inside Sales Rep at our Charlotte, NC branch.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information
  • Generate quotes, convert existing quotes into orders, tender invoices
  • Efficiently provide recommendations, solutions, alternative products
  • Work closely with outside sales and warranty teams
  • Maintain knowledge of new and existing products and inventory
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent attitude and commitment to superior customer service
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with HVAC products, or ability to learn
