Validity is Hiring a Partner Account Manager Near Boston, MA

About the Role
Validity is looking for a Partner Account Manager to join our high performing Partner team, which focuses on the expansion of our global partner base. As a Partner Account Manager, you will manage, retain and expand Validity's strategic clients that fit our Partner profile, while uncovering and capitalizing on partner expansion opportunities.
The ideal candidate is a client-focused sales professional with a track record of success in a fast-paced SaaS environment and a desire to build and maintain strong partner relationships within a book of business. 
This position is a hybrid work schedule that requires a minimum of three days per week in our Boston office or Tampa office.
Position Duties and Responsibilities
  • Sell and retain Validity’s products and services directly to targeted customers across the partner and potential partner ecosystem
  • Develop a strong understanding of target personas, domain knowledge, products and competitors
  • Consistently attain and exceed sales quotas and renewal goals
  • Work in a team environment to drive renewals and upsells to an assigned group of accounts
  • Collaborate with other Validity stakeholders on account strategy and tactical/operational steps to deliver value to clients
  • Accurately manage and forecast your business using Salesforce
Required Experience, Skills, and Education
  • 5 years of successful partner experience
  • Proven, measurable, and successful experience growing and retaining partners
  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Understand how to tell compelling stories which will drive value and strong partnerships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a “can do” attitude
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational/prioritization skills and ability to multitask with close attention to detail
  • Experience using Salesforce to manage and forecast sales opportunities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
