Job Title : Production Operator
Location : Phoenix 85043 AZ
Duration : 6 Months
Hours : 2nd Shift (3 : 00 PM 11 : 30 PM) (MonFri)
Production OperatorDuties :
- Always utilizeproper PPE and safety equipment.
- Ability tofollow and understand written instructions.
- Documenting travellers and log sheets for operationsperformed.
- Maintain required production Timestandards.
- Ability to understand and useprecision measuring tools.
- Effectively andefficiently produce parts according to certification and qualityguidelines.
- Crosstrain otheremployees
- Regular attendance andpunctuality required.
- Ensure compliance withCompany Quality requirements.
- Adhere to andpromote Corporate Code of Ethical Standards.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with peersleadership and customers
- Other duties asassigned.
Qualification :
- The position will be responsible to support to anyproduction area such as : grit blast grinding belt sand chisel tactweld braze cleaning and other duties as required.
- Selfmotivated with a high level of ownership andaccountability.
- Lean skills continually driveprocess improvements.
- Team buildingskills.
- Must be fluent in English speakingreading writing.
- High School diploma orequivalent.
- Must pass various tests includingannual exams.
- Meet performance standardswithin the first six months.
- Intermediatecomputer skills.
