Job Overview:
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.
Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information about products and services to customers
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions with accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet sales targets and goals
- Upsell products to increase revenue
- Process returns and exchanges
Skills:
- Proficiency in technical sales
- Experience in retail sales
- Ability to handle cash transactions
- Knowledge of retail math principles
- Fluency in English
- Familiarity with cash register operations
- Strong upselling skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
