Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic Retail Sales Associates to join our team at uBreakiFix by Asurion. The ideal candidates will have a knack for customer service, sales, and a keen interest in technology. Your primary role will involve assisting customers with checking in their tech devices for repair while offering them additional products and services to enhance their experience.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and check-in customers warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
• Provide comprehensive product information and personalized recommendations to customers based on their needs
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing our POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store environment
• Monitor and replenish stock levels to ensure availability of products
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively
• Manage the repair queue and communicate updates to customers as needed

Skills:

• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Previous experience in retail, appliance sales, or technical sales is advantageous
• Proven ability to effectively upsell and cross-sell products and services
• Proficiency in basic retail math for transactions and inventory management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Basic technical knowledge to assist customers with their tech-related queries (training provided)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Experience:

• Retail Sales in Cellular Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
