As a Retail Sales Associate at Adina Eden, one must achieve and exceed sales targets as directed by management and proactively develops their client portfolio. We must ensure a unique client experience throughout all touch points. It is critical to be an active participant in the daily operations of the boutique with strong sales acumen.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Consistently achieve and/or exceed the monthly sales target, as directed by
management
● Ensure that each client receives outstanding and exceptional customer service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging ever customer.
● Maintaining outstanding standards, strong product knowledge and all other
components of Customer Service before, during and after sales client
● Provide recommendations that will provide an exceptional client experience
● Cultivate new and existing client relationships through exceptional service and other CRM initiatives, partnering with Management to develop a plan for their clients and prospects
● Consistently and accurately capture client data for follow-up and relationship building, effectively utilizing the tools that are available
● Appropriately resolve client issues/concerns and escalate as needed to Management
● Partner with Management to develop a plan to support in-store and offsite events and networking
● Assist with daily set-up, security and operational policies and procedures
● Assist in the merchandising and daily maintenance of displays and back-stock
Required Experience
● 2 to 5 years of previous experience in retail
● Ability to work in a fast-paced retail store environment
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required
● Strong understanding of Customer Service needs and Customer priorities
● Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
