Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate leader with a positive attitude and strong organizational skills. As our Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring the efficient functioning of our office.

Responsibilities:

• Manage office operations and supervise administrative staff
• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate treatment plans
• Handle phone inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Liaise with insurance providers and process claims
• Maintain accurate patient records and billing information
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and office policies
• Collaborate with the dental team to optimize patient care
