As our Part-Time Office Manager, you'll take charge of a wide range of administrative support tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our business. Here's a glimpse into what your average day might look like:

  • You'll be the master of communication, making and taking important calls! By conveying crucial information, you'll keep our technicians, customers, vendors, and management in sync.
  • Efficiency is your middle name as you skillfully schedule appointments and manage our office calendar, ensuring optimal use of our time and resources.
  • Records and data entry will be your domain. You'll maintain accurate records, perform data entry tasks, and handle some bookkeeping responsibilities.
  • With your social media savvy and positive attitude, you'll take charge of writing and posting content on our social media accounts. By engaging with our community, you'll help promote our brand and handle inquiries or comments that come our way.

What it takes to be successful as a Part-Time Office Manager:

To excel in this role, you'll need a specific set of traits and skills. Here's what we're looking for:

Great communication skills: You're a natural-born communicator, able to convey information clearly and concisely.

QuickBooks experience: You should have 1-2 years of experience using QuickBooks, as you'll be handling some bookkeeping tasks.
