The Human Resource Assistant is responsible for the administrative support of day-to-day human resource operations.

1.Associates’ degree or 2 years work experience in Human Resources field desired.
2.Strong clerical skills
3.Strong interpersonal skills necessary.

6.Must have ability to multitask
7.Accurate typing skills required
8.Strong attention to detail.
9.Ability to get along well with other people / coworkers / patients.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
1.Will be required to lift files frequently requiring the ability to lift 50 pounds.
2.Must be able to exert at least 25 pounds of force to assist with moving files.
3.Frequent bending, stretching, and stooping involved.
4.Requires ability to sit for extended periods of time and work in excess of 40 per week.
5.Dexterity : Frequent repetitive motion of hands / wrist involved.
6.Will be working in a clean, well-lighted area.
8.Hazards and Risks : Direct patient contact with possible exposure to communicable diseases, exposure to radiation, anesthetic scavenger gases, and CRT.
