USHG - Home Office is Hiring a Marketing Manager Near New York, NY
Who you are:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the marketing efforts across USHG’s businesses with strategic guidance and support from the USHG Marketing/PR team. The Manager will work directly with USHG's Directors to support selected restaurant businesses. The Marketing Manager will support and drive fresh innovative campaigns and adhere to the USHG behaviors and brand needs.
What you'll do:
- Use brand marketing and ensure brand messaging is standardized and reflected in all brand materials
- Manage internal requests for PR and marketing material, photo shoots, and appearances as needed
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar with marketing applications across USHG businesses
- Manage the creation of opening packages, visual merchandising standards, and associated style guides and supporting documents
- Assist with USHG promotional events by providing brand representation, on-site assistance, and post-event recap
- oversee end-to-end management of tradeshow, industry, and partner events
What we need from you:
- At least 2-3 years of Marketing/Brand Management Experience
- Hospitality/food/retail-related experience preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and growth strategy, experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite plus
- Experience with email newsletter platforms like Mailchimp
- Experience with running digital ads and website CMS
- Skills in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator required
