Focused on providing superior customer service & ensuring customer satisfaction, while delivering expert technology services -- securely, efficiently, effectively. In this role, you will: Provide direct deskside-support for CEC members, and serve as primary support contact for CEC while traveling or based remotely. Provide direct deskside-support for CEC’s Exec Admins, and serve as primary support contact while traveling or based remotely. Manage 3rd party managed-services provider(s)/ vendor(s) to collaborate across internal EDT teams & vendor support resources to fully address CEC & EA teams’ end-to-end technology needs. Manage 3rd party managed-services provider(s) / vendor(s) to provide remote on-call 24x7 critical escalation support for CEC members. As needed, provide additional / backup tech support for Board of Directors meetings, global town-hall meetings, and other high-priority corporate events. What we look for: 5 years of end-to-end technology support experience, demonstrating broad set of technical expertise across technology platforms & devices, applications & tools Prior experience providing excellent executive-level and/or senior-leadership deskside support is highly desirable Prior experience in customer-service focused roles such as Apple Genius Bar is also highly desirable. Demonstrated expertise to troubleshoot & resolve end-user issues across latest Windows OS-based PCs, Apple MacOS-based computers, iOS and Android smartphones and tablets, wired and wireless network connectivity, local & network printers, personal computer-based video conferencing & room-based video conferencing, Microsoft Office 365 suite of productivity & collaboration tools Excellent written & verbal communication skills Excellent customer-service skills The ability to multitask across concurrent issue-resolution workstreams is also highly desirable.
