Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlace Your role at Clorox: The Talent Acquisition Lead plays a pivotal role in shaping an organization’s workforce. This position involves a deep understanding of the company’s culture, values, and the specific skill sets required for various roles within the organization. As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you’ll steer the recruitment strategy and execution, ensuring that the right talent is brought on board to drive organizational success. In this role, you will: Strategic Talent Acquisition: Continuously challenge existing practices and drive improvements in talent acquisition processes. Develop and implement strategic recruiting plans to attract top talent. Build and maintain qualified and targeted talent pools, both active and passive, across business units. Utilize CRM and recruitment marketing activities to engage and nurture talent. Oversee globally aligned recruiting process standards. Recruitment Leadership: Provide guidance and direction to other recruiters. Manage recruiters’ effectiveness in meeting performance goals. Enhance the quality of hires by proactively sourcing and developing talent pipelines. Collaborate with hiring managers to implement effective assessment tools. Executive Search Processes and Quality Improvement: Lead executive search efforts for high-level roles, including C-suite and senior leadership positions. Collaborate with external search firms or conduct in-house executive searches. Standardize and enhance the quality of service for executive recruitment. Implement best practices for assessing and selecting executive candidates. Talent Pipeline Development: Drive talent acquisition strategies across specific functions (e.g., Marketing, Sales, R&D, etc.). Consult with business units to address short-term and long-term staffing needs. Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders. Metrics and Excellence: Monitor and improve key recruitment metrics. Implement best practices in assessment tools and hiring processes. What we look for: A minimum of 8 years in full-cycle recruiting, demonstrating expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates. Highly prefer candidates with a combination corporate and agency experience in recruiting. Executive Recruiting: Proven track record in executive-level recruiting, including C-suite and senior leadership roles. ATS Proficiency: Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with a strong preference for experience using Workday. Team Management: Must have at least 2 years of experience leading and managing a team of talented acquisition professionals. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals. Stakeholder Engagement: Skilled in building strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their needs, and delivering results. Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive talent landscapes. Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity initiatives and ensure a fair and inclusive recruitment process. Metrics-Driven: Comfortable using data to measure success, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. A relevant degree, such as Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Resources, Business, Education, Business Administration, Acquisition, Management, Psychology, MBA, Organization Management or equivalent experience Consider certifications like AIRS, SHRM, RACR, CHCR, PMP, or PHR (nice to have, not mandatory) Skills: General recruiting principles. Demonstrated experience in developing strategic recruiting plans. Familiarity with Microsoft technologies and applicant tracking systems (Workday Recruiting ideally) Knowledge of cross-border employment and legal/immigration requirements. #LI-Hybrid Workplace type: Hybrid: 3 days onsite (Oakland or Pleasanton or Durham or Alpharetta) and 2 days working from home. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area. –Zone A: $104,100 - $199,100 –Zone B: $95,500 - $183,300 –Zone C: $86,800 - $166,600 All ranges are subject to change in the future.
