R10039979 Benefits Administrator (Open) Location: Radnor, PA (Airgas HO) - Management How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Benefits Administrator managing vendors and projects as well as supporting the Sr Benefits Admin on the Benefits Team Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manages relationship with several benefits vendors Partners with the Benefits team to administer the health and welfare and/or retirement programs according to established standards and regulatory requirements Acts as a liaison between associates and plan providers as needed, to identify, assess, and resolve issues and problems related to customer service access, website access, and related issues Researches and resolves employee inquiries and issues including benefit eligibility, claims, and financial spending accounts Generates benefits reports from the HRIS system, conducts monthly audits for enrollment, dependents, etc. Responsible for reconciling monthly invoices Works closely with payroll to investigate and troubleshoot issues that may arise Distributes 401(k) and Deferred Compensation payroll summary of funding file to the Central Accounting Group (CAG) Partners with payroll to reconcile 401(k) funding discrepancies Supports the HROps Team to maintain accurate information in the HRIS system Manages the Corporate Benefits microsite and MyHR Knowledge Base, both require accurate and timely information including updating and editing content Helps associates with accessing benefits information including self-service abilities Strong organizational and time management skills will be required in order to manage multiple tasks from multiple colleagues Maintains confidentiality Other duties may be assigned ________________________ Are you a MATCH?
