Position Title : Administrative Assistant II

Length of Contract : Long Term; one year to start, extensions most likely

Location / Site : Remote Wednesdays and Fridays contingent on if there are meetings happening on those days)

Monday through Friday, 8 hours a day (8 : 15-4 : 45 or 8 : 30-5 PM). Do not anticipate overtime.

Top 3-5 skills requirements

• Computer experience (Excel, Word, Power point), team player, meeting scheduling
• One year minimum experience with administrative type duties
• Familiar with Outlook / Calendaring; Teams Meetings (used in lieu of desk phones)
• Strong interpersonal / written communications
• Confident presence to work with senior leadership
• Know when to ask questions
• Strong attention to detail
• Microsoft Outlook and Teams, Booking travel & expense reporting

Assisting with Travel, calendaring and catering / meeting coordinating

Making sure calendars are up to date, avoiding conflicts of schedules, etc.

Outlook experience is a hard requirement

Registration for conferences

Good attention to detail

Not shy to ask questions as needed

Minimum of one year related experience as groundwork to admin work

Ability to work collaboratively with Maria who is more than willing to train this role to success on a long term basis

Assisting with Calendaring in Outlook as needed

Familiar with expense sheets / travel arrangements, etc.

At least 3 years tenure in past work history
