The bilingual customer service representative position is responsible for providing customer service assistance to English and Spanish speaking customers. This position reports directly to the Office Manager for daily assignments and tasks.
Experience
Minimum of 1 year in customer service; fluent in both English and Spanish
Responsibilities
- Typically makes initial contact with customers and explains all available products, special offerings, and services provided by our incredible company!
- Processes most internal customer orders and payments
- Manages and maintains customer databases: updates data and makes necessary changes as required
- Manages and addresses customer questions and complaints
