ResponsibilitiesSCOPE: Advises up-line management regarding the Practice management financial programs on a state-wide basis. Assists in determining financial goals for the various operating units, analyzing, and reporting variances, maintaining general ledger and related systems for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll. Develops management reports, coordinates, and monitors financial budgets, ensuring financial reporting in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles; develops/monitors internal control mechanisms that safeguard Practice resources. Supervises assigned staff. Ensures compliance to company policies and procedures. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
