The U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) is a global, nonprofit organization based in Washington, D.C., working to improve human health, sustainability, and resilience in the built environment through its programs and standards including LEED, the most widely used green building rating system in the world. USGBC is currently seeking a Technology Project Manager. This role is focused on technical projects such as website & application development and infrastructure improvement. This role will interface with key internal stakeholders, technical team leads, and the director of the Project Management Office. This role’s responsibilities include scope, content, and goals for the project through defining and executing project plans, assisting in the assignment of appropriate resources, ensuring adherence to project scope, taking actions to ensure deadlines can be met if/when project conditions change, communicating project status and managing expectations with key stakeholders, and delivery of quality products through user acceptance testing and monitoring.
