The US Department of Veterans Affairs seeks a detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to lawyers and enhance office effectiveness. Position requires 5 days per pay period in the office and the remaining days may be remote.
Duties:
- Legal experience required
- Assigning legal cases
- Tracking cases
- Electronic legal systems/platforms (GC LAWS, Salesforce, VIEWS, etc)
- Confidence with client/customer interaction (Executive level)
- Reporting/Analytics
- Microsoft Suite
Healthcare background, timekeeping experience and administrative support experience is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,146.00 - $72,703.00 per year
