US Commander, Navy Installations is Hiring a Customer Service Near Monterey, CA

Duties

Performs a full range of services such as: assisting customers, taking special orders, providing layaway services, following up on delinquent payments, making refunds or adjustments, resolving routine complaints, and any other customer service related duties or transactions. May operate cash register, receive payment, and make change. Assists in the maintenance of pertinent records and logs relating to the customer service transactions.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Conditions of Employment

  • Must meet Federal Employment suitability requirements and successful completion of background investigation. Background Investigations are conducted using fingerprint identification and completion of background inquiry forms.
  • Must successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check. Any discrepancies must be resolved as a condition of employment.
  • You must go through a Personal Identity Verification (PIV) process that requires two forms of identification from the Form I-9
  • Must have your salary sent to a financial institution of your choice by Direct Deposit/Electronic Funds Transfer
  • Marijuana is a Schedule I drug under the Controlled Substances Act and therefore use of marijuana is illegal under Federal law regardless of State laws.
  • Must provide proof of U.S. Citizenship or U.S. National
  • This is job qualifies for our up to $1750 incentive bonus program.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
Must have basic knowledge of business mathematics, with experience or training in cash handling, operating cash register, and adding machine. Must be able to become familiar with and have understanding of MWR policies, orders and regulations. Six months of experience or training in special order operations, with technical knowledge of services and merchandise availability is desired
