The IT Program Manager (ITPM) is responsible providing holistic program management for the EOC's IT Modernization initiatives, ensuring resources are synchronized in concert with legacy projects, maintaining (and deconflicting any issues) the integrated master schedule of all projects impacting operations, providing assistance to project managers, and advising leadership on risk. The ITPM is responsible for gathering all the information required to successfully manage organizational projects, focused on the integration of information for monitoring the operational processes, identifying opportunities to increase the efficiency and productivity of the workforce, as well as evaluating the optimal performance of live network systems and applications to support the daily business functions. The ITPM will develop and implement common reporting platforms and business intelligence dashboards, as well as coordinate with multiple departments to assure the success of operational services. The ITPM will ensure basic enterprise architecture artifacts are created and maintained to transition new technologies into the live environment and support operational processes to inform leadership on the impact to the courts of planned changes, maintenance windows, and service degradations and outages. Lastly, the ITPM will collaborate with key stakeholders to establish lifecycle management plans to assure the supportability of operational technologies.
