Part Time Accounts Payable Clerk
· Process all AP invoices in a timely manner
· Prepare weekly check run for review
· Vendor monthly statements need to be reviewed on a monthly basis
· Ownership of specific reports
o AP aging – ensure all invoices are accurate and payments are cleared
o Accrued Receipts – monitor this report for missing invoices
o Keep non-PO report up to date
· Respond to vendor e-mails and phone calls
Must have previous accounts payable experience.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week

- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
