Overview:
We are seeking a skilled an experienced Bilingual Human Resources Clerk to join our team. As a Human Resources Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Duties:
-Will assist with onboarding, employee relations and benefits administration.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and strategies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Support workforce management activities, including scheduling and attendance tracking.
- Assist in organizational design efforts to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Copies, collating, filing, uploading files, assisting with employees questions, etc.
Experience:
- Associates Degree preferred but will accept experience in lieu of degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Clerk or similar role.
- Some knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
