Accounting Clerk Duties:

An accounting clerk serves as a vital support role within the finance and accounting department of an organization. Their primary responsibility is to ensure the accurate recording and processing of financial transactions. This includes tasks such as recording accounts payable and accounts receivable, reconciling bank statements, processing payroll, and assisting with financial reporting.

Accounting Clerk Shift Info:

• Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:

·Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions.

· Prepare balance sheets and monthly financial report.

· Track and reconcile bank statements.

· Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.

· Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed.

· Provide administrative support during budget preparation.

· Participate in quarterly and annual audits.

Requirement:

· Work experience as an Accounting/Finance clerk or similar role.

· Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures

· Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions)

· Familiarity with accounting software

· Organizational and time-management skills

· Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors.

· BSc degree in Accounting or Finance

· Excellent communication skills in English as well as Mandarin

· Must be able to pass a drug and background check.
