Role
This role will play an integral role in executing our Lifecycle strategies with highly personalized, automated, and impactful messaging across email and other direct channels. Reporting to the Director of Lifecycle Marketing, this CRM Specialist, you will be an integral part of projects large and small, ranging from ad-hoc campaigns to messaging platform migration and expansion.
You’ll work cross functionally - product, engineers, operations, and compliance - improving our engagement through the building out and maturing of our lifecycle marketing engine, ensuring our prospects and customers receive relevant and compelling email/push/SMS/in-app messages that drive our business forward.

What you'll do

  • Drive execution of our Lifecycle programs, including HTML/scripting, campaign/journey setup, review approvals, and scheduling/go-live
  • Support the build process including planning, ideating, HTML/scripting, campaign/journey setup, testing and deployment
  • Support the QA process, including proofreading, link checking, email rendering and dynamic content validation
  • Support segmentation needs and translate targeting criteria into rules based on customer behavioral and profile data
  • Scope and execute A/B tests across lifecycle channels
  • Regularly report campaign/program performance, helping identify key learnings and opportunities

What we look for

  • 2 years of CRM, lifecycle or email channel experience
  • Proficient and efficient builder of complex customer journeys/campaigns that incorporate dynamic content using advanced scripting
  • Technical competence around data and code, including HTML, scripting languages, SQL, or JSON, with a desire to stay abreast of new technical capabilities of our messaging platform
  • Experience working with large datasets to target segmented audiences, SQL experience a plus
  • Outstanding analytical skills, data-driven mindset
  • Superior attention to detail and track record of flawless execution
  • Stellar time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced atmosphere
