Job Summary:

The Paralegal at Unruly Agency will play a critical role in supporting our legal department with a range of tasks, including legal research, document preparation, case management, and compliance checks. The ideal candidate will have a knack for navigating the complexities of the law with a creative mindset, ensuring that Unruly Agency not only remains compliant but also leads the way in legal innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues, ensuring all advice and documentation are accurate and up to date.
• Assist with the preparation and drafting of legal documents, contracts, and agreements, tailoring them to the unique needs and challenges of the creative, media, and technology sectors.
• Manage and organize case files, maintaining an efficient and effective filing system.
• Facilitate communication between the legal department and clients, external attorneys, and other stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company, providing timely updates and strategic advice to the legal team.
• Assist in ensuring compliance across all aspects of the agency's operations, proactively identifying and addressing potential legal risks.
• Support the legal team in litigation management, including preparing for trials, hearings, and arbitration sessions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Law, or a related field.
• Paralegal certification is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Paralegal, ideally in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Exceptional research and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with a diverse range of individuals.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with autonomy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $72,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
