Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
ØPrint the Memo Code follow up report daily
ØMemo Code report should be current no later than 2 business days
ØResearch and analyze account prior to initiating contact, examine historical data and all notes
ØMake outbound collection calls or send emails in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer and other Stakeholders relations
ØIdentify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss them with management if needed
ØProvide timely follow up on delinquent accounts as well as timely research for on-line customers regarding payments
ØAll delinquent accounts should be contacted by phone and or email no later than 45 days of due date
ØAny other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
ØCollections and accounts receivables experience required
ØData entry experience required
ØPrevious customer service skills
ØDetailed oriented with an Accounting background
ØMust have computer knowledge to include MS Office applications
ØPrefer previous knowledge or experience in MAS
ØSelf starter and the ability to work with little or no supervision
ØCommunication skills both written and verbal, and internal personal skills
ØAnalytical and problem-solving skills
ØAbility to work on multiple projects with various priorities
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
ØHigh school or GED equivalent
ØMust have 2 years in accounting
ØMust have 2 years’ experience in accounts receivable collections
ØMust have 2 years’ experience in customer service
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
ØOffice environment with multiple conversation going at one time
