The Department of Nutritional Sciences offers a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition degree program which includes three primary areas: dietetics, nutritional sciences, and public health nutrition. All options combine a prescribed common core of science and nutrition courses with additional coursework in the area of specialization. The dietetics programs include both a Didactic Program in Dietetics and an Integrated Coordinated Program in Dietetics. Teaching responsibilities for this position would include courses in food systems management and food science, as well other nutrition courses within the department. The position would also include providing departmental service (e.g., curriculum development, committees, outreach, and/or student advising). Course assignments may vary depending on departmental needs.
