Responsibilities

Recent acute care and Hematology-Oncology experience. Demonstrates ability to function in a leadership role. Primary responsibility will involve day to day management of unit operations and providing patient care coverage in the Chemotherapy/Infusion Center. Other responsibilities include: care coordination, infusion activity, telephone management, and patient education. Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, be autonomous in decision-making, and have excellent assessment skills. Seeking a team-focused professional to join our progressive unit.

Qualifications

Requires a BSN or matriculation in a BSN program from an accredited Nursing Program and an active New York State license in good standing. Applicants will have a minimum of 5 years or RN experience. This position is a member of the unit/service leadership team, demonstrates the ability to develop standards of care, unit/service goals, and objectives, and provides consultation and expertise in delivering patient care.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $41.00 - $57.40

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum annual salary for this faculty position. Individual salaries will be determined within the job's salary range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations. Incentive-based compensation may also be applicable and will be discussed during the hiring process.
