Administrative Assistant / Data Entry
The incumbent will be responsible for higher level office support and data entry for the following databases :
- CastleBranch tracking - monitoring compliance with student health requirement onboarding and reminding students of missing content
- E*Value review and entry - gathering grades for the class of 2024 and recording on tracking sheet. Review of student and preceptor feedback forms for site concerns.
- Assisting Assistant Director of Experiential Learning with the day-to-day activities of the program as assigned / needed
- Assisting Director of Experiential Learning with day-to-day duties as assigned / needed
Incumbent should be able to use Microsoft Office programs with an emphasis on Excel.
A High School Diploma or GED is required for this position and at least an Associate's degree is Preferred.
