UNM Neurology seeks an Administrative Coordinator to work with our Medical Practice Team. This position is a key position in the success of the department in supporting our leadership, faculty, and providers by managing the medical credentialing process and acting as a liaison with the Hospital Medical Staff Affairs Office and other internal and external entities involved in the credentialing process. Neurology is a multi-faceted academic clinical department in the UNM School of Medicine, that has continued to expand and grow and offer its employees opportunities for professional development and advancement. Neurology supports a hybrid work schedule (after training is completed) with two to three days of working in the department and the remainder working remotely.
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
