Job Description

The College of Health Sciences – Department of Occupational Therapy seeks applicants for a part-time, Office Support Assistant IV position. The position will provide general/routine administrative and office support that includes a broad range of duties.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for the Department of Occupational Therapy
  • Help with course preparation, e.g., make copies, clean and setup classrooms/labs, restock supplies, minor AV support, etc.
  • Support maintenance of all department space—stocking, cleaning, keeping inventory, filing, organizing, etc.
  • Work with other department staff to help support departmental activities, e.g., alumni events, prospective student visits, graduation events, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned to help support the department.

Shift

Monday – Friday
15 – 25* hours per week with flexible schedule
  • dependent upon work need. Applicant can set their own hours during the work day with approval from supervisor

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

Anticipated Hiring Range

Anticipated Hiring Range: $15 - $20 per hour
Grade: GGS 006
