Job Description

This position will provide administrative support to select faculty, the department manager and general office support for all department processes. Position will answer main phone line for the Department, route patient phone calls and messages to appropriate nursing or PSR staffGreet visitors, this position will be the first point of contact for the department. Will be responsible for travel and reimbursement expenses for faculty and staff. Will track faculty leave. This person will also assist with credentialing. Responsible for shipping, receiving, campus mail, distribute faxes to appropriate clinic, faculty, and staff. Submit requests for maintenance, movers, etc. as needed order and maintain office supplies / resources. Responsible for submitting and tracking Telecom requests. Update Dept & clinic phone numbers to distribute to staff / faculty. Schedule conference room for the department and any outside entities that request a conference room if available. Assist with Promotion and Tenure of faculty Maintain department calendarReconcile credit card expenses.

Shift

Monday - Friday8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

Anticipated Hiring Range
