The University of Indianapolis seeks applications for a Project Assistant for the Metropolitan Indianapolis Central Indiana Area Health Education Center (MICI-AHEC). The Project Assistant for (MICI-AHEC) will be responsible for clerical and administrative duties necessary to facilitate the work and ensure efficiencies, such as office ordering, reconciliation of credit cards, and voucher submission of invoices. This incumbent will report to the Executive Director of MICI-AHEC but is responsible for working with all staff within MICI-AHEC to ensure the seamless flow of the department. Other duties may include project management, scheduling meetings, assisting with camp enrollment/check-in, taking notes during meetings, and communicating with diverse groups of stakeholders. The work is fast-paced in a dynamic environment requiring an energetic, self-motivated, eager-to-grow, flexible individual.
