We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist project managers with planning, coordination, and execution of outdoor living construction projects.
• Drive to pick up materials and supplies from suppliers and vendors.
• Inspect job sites to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Help manage project schedules, including coordinating with subcontractors and vendors.
• Assist with project documentation, including maintaining accurate records and reports.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, construction teams, and clients to ensure smooth project progression.
• Provide support in resolving project-related issues and challenges as they arise.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in construction or project management is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and operate basic construction tools.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

• Starting salary of $30 per hour, with the opportunity for advancement to $40 per hour after 6 months.
