Applications will be accepted until 6/20/2022.The University of Notre Dame Enterprises and Events (UEE) division is currently hiring for the position of Executive Associate providing executive support for both the AVP of Organizational Effectiveness and the VP, UEE.

Why this position?- The administrative responsibilities associated with this role will include support in office management such as correspondence, document management, expense management, meticulous and strategic calendar management, and travel arrangements.
- Oversee logistics for meeting planning and material preparation inclusive of agenda planning, building out appropriate presentation materials, and facilitation of meeting logistics.
- Manage the front desk and hospitality of the 501 Main Building suite which supports the Office of University Enterprises and Events, inclusive of physical office logistics including supply and refreshment management, facility maintenance coordination, vendor management, and purchasing.
- Lead and manage special projects for the AVP that require a high level of independence and initiative in planning and execution.
- Provide comprehensive management of divisional team meetings, departmental organization, and communications for the AVP reporting lines.
- Handle logistics and management related to organizational effectiveness matters within UEE and address as necessary.
- The Executive Associate will perform support assistance for multiple strategic projects in support of UEE shared services through a strategic partnership for regular business development sales pipeline management, safety committee, and finance, marketing, and employee engagement initiatives.
The successful candidate will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills; excellent project management skills; the ability to interface with a variety of audiences including University executives, Trustees, and top University donors; an understanding of etiquette and protocol, and trustworthiness with extremely sensitive information.

Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelors degree required.
- 3 to 4 years of executive assistant experience.
- A strategic and bold thinker that can work in a fast-paced and changing environment while always pursuing higher levels of excellence.
- Excellent project management, writing, presentation development, and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional listening, interpersonal skills, and a level of decorum are required to work with officers, trustees, faculty, staff, etc.
- Integrity and trustworthiness in managing relationships important to the University and handling sensitive and confidential information and materials.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of successfully managing multiple tasks and initiatives across organizational units in a professional manner.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize in order to meet deadlines.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
- Proven ability to research issues and problems, identify possible remedies, and facilitate the implementation of preferred solutions.
- Good judgment to make decisions in a timely manner in the absence of the AVP.
- Working knowledge of all current computer applications and technology - proficient in Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
