General Position Summary:
Responsible for the coordination, management and communication of all material received by 1920 warehouse and its movement to our shop and field teams.
Essential Job Functions:
1.Responsible for receiving, inventorying, storing and management all materials received by warehouse.
2.Responsible for managing all receiving personnel, including hiring, training, and termination along with associated documentation.
3.Review/Approve weekly timesheets for team.
4.Manage and organize daily receiving log.
5.Prioritize orders based on their due date and need.
6.Responsible for ensuring all inbound material has purchase order associated with it for tracking purposes.
7.File claims for all damaged orders and follow up until they are completed.
8.Primary point of contact for field orders stored in warehouse.
9.Primary point of contact for fabrication material stored in warehouse.
10.Responsible for ensuring materials stored in warehouse for Fabrication team are counted, organized, and delivered to fabrication team in predetermined locations.
11.Create and oversee pick tickets for fabrication materials.
12.Responsible for processing returns.
13.Coordinate with Purchasing vendors on mis-picks, damaged material, or short material.
Secondary Job Functions:
1.Attend and participate in meetings.
2.Assist and support shipping and warehouse managers.
3.Collaborate with Logistics team on any shipping needs.
4.Provide feedback to IT/Construction team in support of TrackVia warehouse functions.
Skills Required to Perform the Essential Duties of the Job:
1.Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe, Internet browsers, Windows, and File Explorer file management.
2.Accuracy and efficiency with administrative & clerical procedures and systems including filing and records management.
3.Professionally manage phone calls.
4.Excellent organizational skills.
5.Ability to collaborate effectively with a team as well as independently.
6.Work effectively with multiple interruptions and manage priorities.
