• Provides direct administrative and operational support to daily work of department leaders and staff to include:

  * Effective meeting scheduling and management including calendar and time management.

  * Organization of meeting materials, agendas, minutes, and other materials.

  * Assisting with telephone, correspondence, and other communications.

  * Preparing documents, reports, and presentations as requested in a timely, professional, and accurate manner.

• Coordinates operational and special projects with internal and external customers
• Serves as a liaison to the department while providing administrative support for department initiatives to achieve department goals and increase efficiency
