Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Server to join our dedicated team. As the Lead Server, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our dining services, delivering impeccable service to our discerning clientele, and fostering a positive work environment for our serving staff.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the serving staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Oversee the dining room during service hours, ensuring that all guests receive attentive and personalized service.
• Set up dining areas according to established standards, including table settings, decorations, and lighting.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, delivering food and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively address any concerns or special requests.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and coordinated service.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
• Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in all dining areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and discretion.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a high-end restaurant, country club, or similar hospitality setting.
• Proven leadership abilities with a strong focus on team building and employee development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
• A passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques, including wine service and fine dining etiquette.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
